We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant – New Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the front line in introducing our business and services to other companies, primarily through phone calls and emails. You will also provide basic customer service support and answer queries for our existing clients.
- Engaging with potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing basic support.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
- A coachable attitude with a burning desire to succeed.
- Decent typing skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.
- Energetic and positive demeanor.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at $16.50 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and incentives.
- Consistent work schedule: Monday – Friday, with no nights or weekends.
