The General Service Administration’s National Information Technology Commodity Program (NITCP) announced that Coast to Coast Computer Products, Inc., is one of only three contractors that have been awarded a share of the NITCP contract for tablet devices. The contract agreement is projected to represent at least $32 million dollars of sales over the next 3 years which will be shared by Coast to Coast and two other awardees.
The NITCP contract at this time consists of Android and Windows tablets from three of Coast to Coast’s most valued OEM partners; Samsung, Lenovo and Motion Computing. The Government Sales Manager of Coast to Coast Computer Products, Attila Galamb says “Coast to Coast expects to add several other tablet offerings to their catalog in the near future which will make the company essentially a ‘one-stop shop’ for any type of tablet.”
According to GSA, the mission of the NITCP contract for tablet devices is to procure IT commodities and ancillary services for customers located nationwide using innovative solutions. Read about the NITCP tablet device contract here.
