Our account representatives are often asked, “Do we service and install what we sell?” The answer is yes, we do when it meets a customer’s need. Not every sale we make requires installation or after-sale service. However, Coast to Coast Computer Products views proper installation and prompt service as two keys to complete customer satisfaction. So, when a customer asks for service or installation, we are ready.

What Kind of Service Does Coast to Coast Offer?

First, we often help our customers receive service from vendors for warranty items. Instead of asking our customers to contact the manufacturer, an account representative can take the lead on arranging for warranty service. Consider it a service concierge desk.

At the end of the warranty period, we offer Managed Service Agreements (MSA) that mix preventive and routine (recommended) maintenance and repair services. Each MSA specifies onsite response times tailored to the customer’s needs and equipment. For customers who do not want or need such a comprehensive service agreement, we also offer a “break/fix” level of service: when something breaks, you call us and we fix it.

We provide service for printers, multifunction printers, scanners, intercom/PA systems, digital displays, three-phase UPS systems, and more. As we said, if we sell it, we service it.

Who Provides the Actual Service?

To provide prompt and knowledgeable service to our customers all across the US, we work with a network of skilled providers expertly qualified to service and maintain the make and model of your equipment, and who are located in or near your area. This allows us to provide the fastest, most qualified service possible, all under our management and care, so you only have one phone number to call.

What Types of Products and Systems Do We Install?

Our installations range from a simple delivery and setup of a desktop printer to the complete installation of video walls in control rooms requiring extensive cable- and power-runs and structural reinforcement of the mounting surface. In another instance, we installed a three-phase, facility-wide UPS system for the Pasadena California Courthouse.

We have access to a nationwide network of licensed, bonded and insured contractors for our installations. We oversee the project but work with trained, certified, and licensed professional contractors in your area to deliver impeccable, to-code installations.
